В Гонконге разработана отличная система предупреждений. Т1 фактически ничего не означает, а Т3 означает, что ветер дует и может наступить Т8. В Т8 все перестает работать (главное, паромы к нам домой перестают ходить), в том числе офисы, поэтому все с нетерпением ждут taifoon party. На деле Т8 - это очень сильный ветер, волны и капли дождя такие мощные, что кажется, что от них остаются синяки. У нас по крыше в Т8 ездит туда-сюда тяжеленный шкаф.
В этот раз обсерватория может объявить Т8, но только ночью. Ну что а несправедливость!
